As part of the InnovaSure services, we use several control protocols in our mills to ensure high IdP integrity—another step we take to bring you reliable products you can trust.

• To confirm quality, we take frequent samples and conduct rigorous testing of whole corn, yellow goods and masa products while in process.
• We test for a number of quality criteria, such as granulation size, fat content and foreign material.
• All of our mills process only InnovaSure IdP corn.
